Using AEON Delight’s facility management and cleaning service in Japan as a foundation, AEON Delight Vietnam is offering a service menu that, while distinctively Vietnamese in character, has attracted attention for its emphasis on Japanese-style hospitality. CEO Takayuki Isogai has made Japanese service the focus of employee training, particularly the concept of hospitality. Vietnamese employees are also sent to Japan for specialized training designed to equip them with the skills needed to achieve the company’s goal of offering Vietnamese consumers the quality of Japanese service.

In preparation for openings of new AEON malls in Vietnam, we have begun drawing up facility management plans with the active participation of our Vietnamese employees, who specifically address the question of how to tailor our services to the market in Vietnam. All of us want AEON Delight’s services to set the standard in Vietnam for the next 10 or even 20 years. With that ambitious goal, we intend to establish safety and security standards for generations to come.
