The Company was established on April 6, 1973 at 2-14, Awaji-cho, Higashi-ku, Osaka City under the business name of Nichii Japan Kaihatsu Co., Ltd. On February 29, 1976, the Company merged with Nichii Maintenance Co., Ltd. (established on November 16, 1972) and changed its business name to Japan Maintenance Co., Ltd.
Subsequently, in September 2006, the company merged with AEON Techno Service Co., Ltd. and was renamed AEON DELIGHT CO., LTD.
In addition, in September 2010, the Company merged with CERTO Corporation.

2004 Mar. Japan Maintenance Security Co., Ltd. (presently AEON DELIGHT SECURITY CO., LTD.) is established as a wholly owned affiliate in Chuo-ku, Osaka City.
Jul. Company acquires all the shares of Asahi Bank Building Maintenance Co., Ltd. (Meguro-ku, Tokyo) reforming it into affiliate company Japan Maintenance Seres Co., Ltd.

1911 Nov. Gifu Cocoon & Silk Co., Ltd. was established in Kanda-cho, Gifu Prefecture for the purpose of trading or brokering raw silk, cocoons, delicacies, fruits, etc.
1970 May The Company's parent company, Jusco Co., Ltd. (presently AEON Co., Ltd.), acquires the Company, making it a member of the Jusco Group (presently AEON Group).
1973 Apr. Business name is changed to Jusco Real Estate Co., Ltd.
May Head office is moved to Sonezakigami, Kita-ku, Osaka City.

History of CERTO Corporation

1992 Aug. CERTO Corporation was established as a trading company for the AEON Group, and its head office was opened in Chuo-ku, Tokyo. The Company commenced operations in the Business Supply and Vending Service businesses as a wholly owned subsidiary of JUSCO Co., Ltd. (presently AEON Co., Ltd.), after spinning off Nippon Direct Co. Ltd.’s non-mail order businesses.
2004 Dec. Company is listed on the JASDAQ stock exchange.
2006 Mar. Company acquires all shares of Automac Sales Co., Ltd. from Mycal Corporation (presently AEON Retail Co., Ltd.) and makes it a wholly owned affiliate.
