In China/ASEAN region, AEON delight conducts facility management business contracted by many global and local corporations. Highly evaluated for its Japanese-style service quality, we also own group companies in China possessing a first grade license that is the highest rank of facility management. Likewise, in countries such as China, Malaysia and Vietnam, we have concluded a partnership with a specialized company with various engineers and business staff. By fully utilizing our local resources, we aim to construct the facility management structure that is effectively governed by AEON delight’s integrated management.
Realizing unified management from Japan by “localization" and “business visualization”
At AEON delight, instead of expanding the IFM that we provide in Japan in the same manner in Asia, we aim to adequately localize the IFM complying with the local characteristics of each country. With our unique knowhow that is deeply linked with the region, we promptly provide services such as facility management that complies with the local commercial culture and regulations, cleaning and security, in order to powerfully support our customer’s expansion in Asia. Similarly, in order to conduct integrated management of facility-related operation that spreads out in various locations, we constructed a cloud-based information base that connects Japanese head office and the local region. By visualizing various information regarding facility management, assets and capital of each region in real time, we achieve unified management of the facility in the base in Asia, governed by Japanese head office.
