With more than 10,000 cases of proven track records that we had completed in Japan, China and ASEAN region as a base, we provide “one-stop” service that corresponds to the needs that covers more than 300 menus, such as Facilities management, cleaning and security that are required for the management and operation of the facility including the facility itself and its surrounding environment, construction, material procurement, vending machine management and energy saving plan. The level of service is standardized with ISO9001/14001 as the base, complying with the characteristic of each region. Moreover, by using high-level operation knowhow that enables us to comprehensively manage each service, we provide support in budget creation/management of the facility and formulation of repair plan. By reducing the workload of our customers, with collaborations with partner corporations, we aim to provide high-quality IFM that realizes efficient facility management in the entire Asia region.

By proposing improvement plan that oversees the future, such as consolidation of contractors, review of contract scheme, benchmark analysis and cost optimization by market competition, we aim to support our customer’s business activity.
