IR Activities

AEON delight engages in the following activities as part of its dialogues with shareholders. At financial results briefings and other meetings, senior management directly provides an overview of financial results and business strategies, and the information is also distributed via our website. We also strive to enhance dialogue with our shareholders and investors by conducting individual interviews and small meetings with investors, participating in events for individual investors, and responding to daily inquiries.

Dialogues with individual investors We strive to provide easy-to-understand and highly useful information to individual shareholders and investors. We place great importance on having a thorough dialogue with individual investors, mainly through information disclosure on our website, participation in investor relations events for individual investors, and by responding to individual inquiries.
Holding regular briefings for analysts and institutional investors At each half-year and full-year earnings announcement, we hold a financial results briefing for analysts, institutional investors, and the media, at which the President provides an overview of the financial results and business strategies. A video recording of the financial results briefing is made available after the briefing.
Information distribution for overseas investors We are striving to enhance the English-language disclosure materials so that the disparity in timeliness and volume of information between Japanese and English disclosure remains within a reasonable range.
Individual interviews and meetings with institutional investors Ongoing individual interviews and meetings with institutional investors.

Nikkei Investor Relations/Individual Investor Fair 2023

We had an online exhibit at the Nikkei Investor Relations and Individual Investor Fair 2023, a hybrid physical and online event held on September 1 and 2, 2023.
At our online booth, we introduced our growth strategy, dividend policy, special shareholder benefits, and related videos. We posted a variety of content to help individual investors learn more about AEON delight, and many investors visited our site.
We will continue to create opportunities for active dialogue with individual investors by participating in events such as these.

Nikkei Investor Relations/Individual Investor Fair 2022

We had an online exhibit at the Nikkei Investor Relations and Individual Investor Fair 2022, a hybrid physical and online event held on August 26 and 27, 2022.
Our online booth featured a variety of content designed to help individual investors learn more about AEON delight, including our growth strategy, dividend policy, and special shareholder benefits. Many people visited our online booth.
In addition, as part of the exhibitor seminar video, President Hamada explained our Purpose, Vision, and shareholder returns.

Tokyo Stock Exchange Investor Relations Festival 2019

Date: February 22-23 (Fri-Sat), 2019
Location: Hall E of Tokyo International Forum

We participated in the Tokyo Stock Exchange Investor Relations Festival 2019 held on February 22-23 (Fri-Sat), 2019.
At our booth, we explained our business activities, business performance, and shareholder returns, and gave a mini-presentation. The exhibition was a great success with more than 600 people visiting our booth over two days.
In addition, AEON delight President Kazumasa Hamada introduced our company and explained our medium- to long-term growth strategy, AEON delight Vision 2025, to a large number of investors at a special venue.

Nikkei IR & Investment Fair 2018

Date: Friday, Aug. 31 and Saturday, Sep. 1, 2018
Location: Tokyo Big Sight, East Hall 4

We participated in the Nikkei IR & Investment Fair 2018 held on August 31 and September 1, 2018.
At our booth, we explained our business activities, business performance, and shareholder returns, and gave a mini presentation, which was attended by over 600 people during the two-day period, making the exhibit a great success.

In addition, President & CEO Kazumasa Hamada gave a presentation on the company and our growth strategy, including our medium- to long-term vision, to more than 100 investors at a special event hall.

We participated in the Nikkei IR & Investment Fair 2017 held on August 25 and 26, 2017. During the event, we provided explanations and presentations about our business, performance, dividends, and other information at our booth. At the company briefing, President & CEO Ippei Nakayama gave a presentation on the company, and discussed IFM and our growth strategy with many individual investors.

We participated in the TSE IR Festa 2017 on February 24 and 25, 2017.
At our booth, we showed videos about our business, and explained and presented our business, performance, and dividends. At the company briefing, President & CEO Ippei Nakayama gave a presentation on the company, and spoke about facility management, our strengths, and our growth strategy.

On Thursday, July 21, 2016, we held a Company Briefing for Individual Investors at the Daiwa Securities Yokohama Nishiguchi Branch.
About 30 individual investors attended the briefing, where Akishi Kyomoto, General Manager of the Group Strategy Division, gave an introduction of the company, and explained our business, growth strategy, and shareholder return policy.

Daiwa Securities Umeda Branch 　Company Briefing for Individual Investors

Location: Osaka Shin Hankyu Hotel

On November 25, 2015, we held a Company Briefing for Individual Investors hosted by Daiwa Securities Umeda Branch at Osaka Shin Hankyu Hotel.
Approximately 100 individual investors attended the briefing, where Director Yukio Furukawa gave a video introduction of the company, and explained about facility management, our growth strategy, and our shareholder return policy.

On February 18, 2014, we held a Company Briefing for Individual Investors at Nomura Securities Nara Branch.
Approximately 60 individual investors attended the briefing, where Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer Yoshiyuki Hayamizu introduced our business, spoke about facility management, our fourth management base, provided an overview of our medium-term management plan, and explained our shareholder return policy.

Tokyo IPO IR Seminar for Individual Investors

On September 7, 2013, we participated in the Tokyo IPO IR Seminar for Individual Investors held at Bellesalle Yaesu in Tokyo. Approximately 130 individual investors attended the seminar, where President & CEO Ippei Nakayama gave a presentation titled "AEON delight's Comprehensive FMS Business and Growth Strategy". In his presentation, he introduced our business, explained the business environment surrounding our company, discussed the expansion of our service lineup, new market opportunities, and explained our shareholder return policy.
